How to use this tool

  • Collect genuine reviews you have the right to analyse.
  • Remove names and personal details.
  • Paste one review per line.
  • Read each theme with its count and quotes.
  • Choose themes with several separate reviews behind them and write angles from those quotes.

Worked example

Say you paste twelve reviews of a bottle. Five mention cold drinks lasting a day, three mention the lid, and one mentions the colour. The tool shows cold as the strongest theme with five reviews and the exact sentences behind it. That supports an angle about drinks staying cold, and the single colour comment is left as a minor note rather than the centre of an ad.

Illustrative example, not a benchmark, customer result or prediction.

What this tool does

The review angles finder looks for words and themes that recur across the reviews you paste, one review per line. For each recurring theme it shows how many separate reviews mention it and lists the original quotes, copied exactly from your text. That makes it easier to see what customers actually talk about, in the words they use, before you decide what an ad should say.

It uses recurring word patterns only. There is no AI rewriting and no claim verification, which means every quote you see is something a customer really wrote in the text you provided.

What counts as enough evidence

A theme from two reviews is a hint, not a finding. The tool tells you when the sample is too small to say anything useful and shows the review count beside every theme so you can judge for yourself. A handful of reviews that all happen to mention the same word can come from a single batch of similar buyers, or from a prompt in your review request.

Themes are not verified customer experiences or approved ad claims. Before using any line in an ad, check that the review is authentic, that you have permission to use it, and that the platform and local rules allow the way you plan to present it.

Privacy and permissions

Remove names, emails, order numbers and other personal details from reviews before pasting. Text you paste is sent to our server to be analysed. Only paste reviews you have the right to analyse, and do not paste confidential material.

Turning themes into angles

Once you can see what customers repeat, you can write ad angles from their language: the problem they mention, the moment they noticed a benefit, the worry they had before buying. Keep the claim no bigger than the review. A customer saying a lid did not leak in their bag supports a modest line about that experience, not a promise that it never leaks.

Assumptions and review notes

A good result has themes backed by several separate reviews and quotes that sound like real people. If the tool reports insufficient evidence, believe it: gather more reviews, or ask customers an open question, rather than stretching a few comments into an angle.

  • The number of reviews pasted.
  • How varied the buyers are.
  • Whether reviews were prompted with a leading question.
  • Whether the reviews are recent and still describe the current product.
  • Pasting a very small sample and trusting the themes.
  • Choosing only the most flattering reviews.
  • Editing quotes before using them.
  • Turning one experience into a guarantee.
  • Leaving personal details in the pasted text.

A closer look

Common questions.

How many reviews do I need?
More is better. With only a few the tool will say there is not enough evidence, and you should treat any theme as a hint.
Does it use AI?
No. It finds recurring word patterns and copies quotes exactly from your text.
Can I use the quotes in ads?
Only if the reviews are genuine, you have permission, and platform and local rules allow it.
Does it verify that reviews are real?
No. It works on whatever you paste, so only paste genuine reviews.
Is my text stored?
It is sent to our server to be analysed. Remove personal details first.
