PNG, JPEG or WebP. Your image stays in this browser; nothing is uploaded.

Preview shows framing. The downloaded file is rendered at the exact output dimensions.
How to use this tool
Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP from your device. The file is read in your browser and never sent to Madly. Choose a supported still-image placement preset or set custom dimensions, then compare the framing before you download.
Centre crop fills the frame but removes edges; contain preserves the complete photograph and may leave empty space. Neither mode stretches the source image. For small product details, inspect the downloaded file at full resolution before using it.
Presets are examples from the dated platform references, not guarantees that an ad will pass review. Video-only placements are intentionally omitted.
- Upload the image from your device. It is processed in your browser.
- Choose the target size.
- Choose centre crop to fill the frame or contain to keep the whole image. Check the preview; crop position is not manually adjustable.
- Download the resized file and check it before uploading to an ad account.
Worked example
Taking a 3000 by 2000 landscape product photo to a 1080 by 1350 portrait centre crop removes side edges. Choose contain to preserve the whole photo with empty space, or upload a better-framed source. The tool does not offer manual crop repositioning.
Illustrative example, not a benchmark, customer result or prediction.
Assumptions and review notes
A good resize keeps the subject sharp and centred and does not stretch the image. Starting from a high resolution original gives the best result. Your image does not leave your device because processing runs in the browser.
- Original resolution.
- Target ratio.
- Subject position.
- Compression of the exported file.
- Stretching an image to fit.
- Upscaling a small original.
- Cropping the product off the edge.
- Exporting heavy files that load slowly.
A closer look
Common questions.
- Is my image uploaded to a server?
- No. Resizing runs in your browser.
- What formats work?
- Common image formats are supported. The tool tells you if a file cannot be read.
- Will quality drop?
- Reducing size keeps good quality. Enlarging a small image will look soft.
- Which sizes should I choose?
- See the ad size specs tool for placement recommendations.
- Can I resize in bulk?
- This tool works on one image at a time.
